Coolblog
first launched in Malaysia in 2005, Coolblog is an international brand in Asia
region that specializes in bubble tea in a take-away kiosk concept. CoolBlog
has purposed a three years growth plan to bring the total number of Coolblog
outlets in Malaysia to at least 150 outlets. This vision was achieved in year
2011. Coolblog has set another vision to achieve, which is raise the total
number of outlets to 400 in the coming 2
years and to be the leading and largest chain outlets in Malaysia that
specialize in tea taste beverage and ice blended products. Coolblog outlets mostly
located on a major shopping mall, next to several housing developments, the city
pool, near schools. Until now, almost
all the states in Malaysia have Coolblog outlets, from northern to southern
part or from Kedah to Johor in Malaysia. In UUM, Coolblog owns an outlet, there
is located in the Varsity Mall.
Coolblog
will target the low to middle income consumers who want to have a high quality
bubble tea for moderate prices. Coolblog customers will be glad to pay the
price for the products in exchange for the high quality, great taste, and sense
of prestige they receive from Coolblog. Normally the price of one cup bubble
tea is around RM 2 to RM 5. Besides, low cost of operate cost makes Coolblog
can provides high quality bubble tea but in moderate prices that accepted by
the public.
Coolblog
has much superiority to attract customers. One of them is their products is
easy to prepare, which keeps speed of service at optimum levels to keep up with
high traffic volumes. Customers do not need to wait so long to get their orders
and can get it on high volume too. Besides, Coolblog aim to combine the natural
fruit's taste with the ice blended or many other types of bubble tea. It will provide the customers something very
different if compare with other brands. Customers can choose different taste
from Coolblog because Coolblog provides beverages with 25 flavours and 300 products
range. In addition, Coolblog customers
can choose put the black pearl or jelly in their bubble tea. But you also can
choose not to put any of that.
